When To Use This Service:
- When a New Passport is issued
- Change in address/occupation/contact details
- Change in name/father's name etc.
- Change in Nationality
Documents And Process:

- Issuance Of New Passport
No need to visit the centre for this service
- New Passport copy
- OCI Booklet
- New Photo
- Signature
If you have registered your OCI card based on your spouse, you will also need to provide the following:
- If your spouse is an Indian citizen, provide copy of the Indian Passport of the Spouse OR
- If your spouse has an OCI Card, copy of the OCI Card and Current Passport of the Spouse
- Consent/Declaration letter from spouse (Provided by us)
- Change in address/occupation/contact details
No need to visit the centre for this service
- Relevant documents required (e.g. address proof, proof of employment etc.)
- OCI Booklet
- Issuance of new Passport (Once after completing 20 years of age)
Applicant will need to visit the centre
- Copy of old and new Passport
- Copy of OCI Booklet
- New Photo (Same as the one on the new Passport)
- Signature
- Marriage Certificate (If married) OR Divorce Certificate (If divorced)
- Proof of Employment (Not required for minors)
- Address Proof (Not required for minors)
If the applicant is a minor you will also need to provide the following:
- Both parent's Passport copy
- Birth Certificate
- Parent's marriage certificate
- If a single parent - a court order that confirms that the guardian has rights over the child
- Change in Nationality

- Name change deed (If name changed)
- Marriage certificate (If newly married)
